Are you using a free email address for your business? Perhaps you’re using something like xyzbusiness@yahoo.co.uk or mybusiness@gmail.com.

With your own domain name, it’s possible to use this as your email address, something like info@xyzbusiness.co.uk or hello@mybusiness.com. These addresses can continue to use your existing email service so there’s no lost emails and you continue to send and receive emails in exactly the same way.

I’m sure you’ll agree that this looks far more professional and could also utilise automatic mail forwarding to add other addresses such as accounts@… or sales@… all of which can be handled by your existing email mailbox or use separate mailboxes.
